Deze opdracht moet leiden tot een niet-exclusieve raamovereenkomst met meerdere leveranciers voor de verwerving van “multi-vendor” ICT-infrastructuur. Het gaat om desktop en mobiele hardware, servers, netwerk(beveiligings)- en telecomapparatuur, opslag- en backup-systemen, kabels en installatiemateriaal, printers en scanners, multimedia-apparatuur, toestellen voor identificatie en beveiliging, randapparaten en allerlei benodigdheden. De opdrachtnemer beschikt over een zo groot mogelijk gamma van de meest geschikte en gevraagde producten en over de knowhow om die snel en deskundig aan (lokale) overheden te leveren.

De opdrachtnemer voorziet in een “multi-vendor” dienstenpakket, van aankoop- en beheersadvies t.e.m. begeleiding bij de ingebruikname.
