Description
Het voorwerp van de Opdracht bestaat uit een viertal onderdelen: Advies over mediastrategie: Analyse van communicatiedoelstellingen en doelgroepen. Algemene aanbevelingen over het gebruik van relevante mediakanalen (print, tv, radio, online, sociale media) in Vlaanderen en Brussel. Aankoop van advertentieruimte: Selectie en aankoop van advertentieruimte bij relevante mediakanalen.
Optimalisatie van media-inkoop om de beste tarieven en het grootste bereik te garanderen. Dienstverleningssysteem voor aanvragen: De dienstverlener stelt een systeem in werking waarmee per aanvraag de mediabehoeften kan verzekerd worden. De dienstverlener zorgt voor de aankoop van de mediakanalen binnen een vooropgesteld budget en/of doelstellingen.
Centraal platform: Communicatiematerialen worden door de opdrachtgever (Familiehulp) voorzien via een centraal platform of via de dienst marketing en communicatie. Rapportage: Transparante rapportering over kosten, bereik en prestaties van de aangekochte media.
