De Aanbestedende Overheid is op zoek naar een partner die een oplossing voor een geïntegreerd softwarepakket kan leveren, implementeren, onderhouden inclusief ondersteuning ter vervanging van het huidig softwarepakket van de firma Obasi en het nemen van alle nodige voorzorgen om bij end of life de overdracht naar de nieuwe opdrachtnemer maximaal te faciliteren, bijgevolg is datamigratie een essentieel onderdeel van de opdracht. Aanvullend wil de Aanbestedende Overheid reeds vermelden dat er ook een overheidsopdracht zal gepubliceerd worden met als opdracht het vervangen van het elektronische patiëntendossier in de komende maanden. Het is daarom van belang dat de kandidaat ervaring kan aantonen met gerealiseerde koppelingen met het beschikbare elektronische patiëntendossier op de markt.
