Het doel van deze opdracht is het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor het huren en het onderhouden van drinkwaterfonteinen voor diverse locaties van de aanbestedende overheid. De looptijd van deze raamovereenkomst is 72 maanden. De huur is een all-in prijs die een continue werking van de drinkwaterfonteinen garandeert en waarin alles, met uitzondering van de CO2 patronen (waar relevant), inbegrepen is.
Dit is onder meer, maar niet beperkt tot, de levering, installatie, onderhoud, herstellingen, wisselstukken, vervangtoestellen enz. De drinkwaterfonteinen leveren te allen tijde een waterkwaliteit die minstens voldoet aan de (huidige en toekomstige) vereisten opgelegd door de Vlaamse Milieumaatschappij voor drinkwater.
