De opdracht omvat het leveren, plaatsen en indienststellen van volledige ondergronds containersystemen zoals verderop beschreven. Een ondergronds containersysteem is in dit bestek opgebouwd uit een betonput en een ondergronds inzamelsysteem (voetgangersplatform, veiligheidssysteem, binnencontainer, inwerpzuil, opnamesysteem, stroomvoorziening, software).
