Chacun des marchés conclus sur la base de l’accord-cadre est un marché de fournitures qui a pour objet la fourniture de produits de marquage thermo-préformés à l’atelier Départemental de Paliseul. L’entreprise comprend notamment : a) la fourniture, l’emballage, le transport, le déchargement et la mise en dépôt au lieu de livraison. b) le remplacement des fournitures reconnues défectueuses durant la période de garantie. Le classement des offres se fait sur base du montant des offres.
Les quantités mentionnées dans l’inventaire sont destinées exclusivement au classement des offres et ne donnent à l’entrepreneur aucun droit en ce qui concerne les quantités à exécuter, ni en ce qui concerne les rapports entre ces quantités.
