Gezien de recente goedkeuring van de CAO’s in de zorgsector waarbij een personeelslid zijn bruto eindejaarspremie mag inruilen voor een fietslease contract, wenst AZO hiervoor een nieuwe raamovereenkomst in de markt te zetten. De inschrijver dient een aanbod te doen waarbij het personeelslid kan kiezen om een fiets te leasen uit het eigen aanbod van de inschrijver of dat van de lokale fietshandelaar. Het personeelslid kiest het servicepakket volgens eigen budget, als opties bovenop de aankoopwaarde van de fiets.

Alle opties die het personeelslid neemt worden verwerkt in de leaseprijs, er zijn dus geen kosten voor de werkgever.
