De ZAS-ziekenhuizen zoeken een softwareoplossing voor het beheer van allergenen en recepturen in hun verschillende keukens. De oplossing moet eenvoudig en intuïtief in gebruik zijn (dummy-proof) en naadloos integreren met het maaltijdbeheersysteem (Nutrition-module) van HIX (Chipsoft) Functionele vereisten De software moet minimaal de volgende functionaliteiten bieden: · Allergenenbeheer: Automatische detectie en verwerking van allergenen in het recepturenbeheer. · Recepturenbeheer: Ondersteuning voor meerdere keukens met gedeelde recepturen, waarbij de data correct per keuken in de Nutrition-module van HIX wordt verwerkt. · Gebruikersvriendelijkheid: Intuïtieve en foutbestendige interface (geen diepgaande IT-kennis vereist). · Schaalbaarheid: Moet geschikt zijn voor meerdere ziekenhuizen · Integratie met Chipsoft (HIX): Naadloze integratie met de Nutrition-module van HIX, waarbij receptgegevens(ingrediënten, voedingswaarde, allergenen,…) correct worden toegewezen. · Gebruikersbeheer: Mogelijkheid tot het toekennen van toegangsniveaus voor diëtisten, keukenpersoneel en IT-beheer, met een gedetailleerde rechtenstructuur op niveau van keuken en type gebruiker (bijvoorbeeld diëtisten, koks, enz.). Een onderverdeling van lees en schrijfrechten per keuken toekennen is mogelijk op het niveau van gebruiker. · Ondersteuning voor meerdere locaties en keukens. · API’s of andere methoden voor realtime integratie met de Nutrition-module van HIX.
