Description
Het doel van de dienstverlening is continuïteit te verzekeren en ontwikkelingsondersteuning te bieden aan UZ Gent-medewerkers voor onderdelen van de huidige EPD–toepassing (=Elektronisch Patiëntendossier - Clinicom). Meer specifiek gaat het om IRIS for Health programmering aan de serverzijde van het EPD en op het onderdeel van EPD dat instaat voor de integratie van het EPD (Ensemble, deel van het IRIS for Health platform) met andere software uit het EPD ecosysteem in UZ Gent. De gevraagde dienstverlening omvat een consultancy-opdracht met volgende mogelijke deelopdrachten (niet-limitatief):
- Continuïteit en verdere uitbouw van de serverzijde van het EPD, specifiek voor het IRIS for Health platform én voor de integratie met andere software uit het EPD ecosysteem, specifiek voor Ensemble (deel van het IRIS for Health platform).
- Troubleshooting van issues, tijdens kantooruren maar in uitzonderlijke gevallen (ernstige issues met ziekenhuisbrede impact) ook buiten de kantooruren of in het weekend.
- Het geven van advies over configuratie of best practices.
- Deelname aan projectvergaderingen en werkgroepen.
- Kennisdeling met de directe collega ontwikkelaars die in dienst zijn bij UZ Gent, in het kader van het garanderen van de lange termijn continuïteit van het EPD.
- Bijdragen aan het opstellen van roadmaps.
- Het documenteren van configuraties en oplossingen.
- Het ondersteunen van het releasemanagement van IRIS for Health en de bijhorende acties voor de specifieke omgeving van het UZ Gent.
