Deze opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van schoonmaakopdrachten, inclusief glaswas, en het uitvoeren van VSR-controles. Het betreft de volgende types schoonmaakopdrachten:
- Reguliere schoonmaakopdrachten: Dit zijn schoonmaakopdrachten met schoonmaaktaken die met een vaste frequentie worden uitgevoerd. De frequentie kan variëren [hoog, laag of periodiek (bv. per kwartaal of jaarlijks)].
- Vervangende schoonmaakopdrachten: Dit zijn schoonmaakopdrachten die worden uitgevoerd tijdens eventuele (jaarlijkse) vakantieperiodes of ziekte van het vaste personeel van een besteller.
- Specifieke (eenmalige) schoonmaakopdrachten: Dit zijn schoonmaakopdrachten voor het uitvoeren van specialistische reinigingstaken, zoals het uitvoeren van glaswas of de dieptereiniging van tapijten.
Binnen elk type schoonmaakopdracht kan de besteller kiezen voor een uitvoering met klassieke schoonmaakmiddelen of met schoonmaakmiddelen op basis van goede bacteriën. Normaliter worden de bestellingen voor schoonmaakopdrachten uitgevoerd tijdens werkdagen (tussen 6u en 22u), al kunnen bestellingen uitzonderlijk ook voor zater-, zon- en feestdagen worden geplaatst. Naast het uitvoeren van bovenstaande types schoonmaakopdrachten, kan een besteller de opdrachtnemer ook belasten met de externe kwaliteitscontrole (VSR)
