Description
Onderhavige opdracht is een opdracht voor diensten. Woonpunt Zennevallei wenst zijn volledige IT-infrastructuur en netwerk te moderniseren, incl. werkplekondersteuning. Daarnaast omhelst de opdracht:
- De opmaak van een geïntegreerd digitaal klassement op niveau van de gehele organisatie Woonpunt Zennevallei, en dit gekoppeld aan een duidelijke/logische organisatiebrede nomenclatuur op het vlak van documentbenaming (documentbeheer en datastructuur)
- De opmaak van een intranet dat voor alle medewerkers toegankelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk is. Het nieuwe intranet vormt naast een informatieplatform ook een middel voor interne communicatie en samenwerking.
- Het bieden van opleiding en ondersteuning om iedereen digitaal mee te hebben.
