We wensen een ontwerper aan te stellen voor de opmaak van een lichtplan voor de site C-Mine Deze aanstelling gebeurt in twee fasen. In de eerste fase wordt een selectie gemaakt van mogelijke ontwerpers. In de tweede fase (gunningsfase) wordt met de geselecteerde gegadigden verder onderhandeld via een op te starten onderhandelingsprocedure.
Deze selectieleidraad heeft betrekking op de eerste fase, namelijk de selectie van ontwerpers. Voorliggende selectieleidraad geeft toelichting bij de gunningsprocedure om te komen tot de aanstelling van een lichtontwerper voor de realisatie van het project "opstellen van een lichtplan voor Genk-Centrum alsook het begeleiden van de gefaseerde realisatie van dit lichtplan".
