Het voorwerp van de opdracht betreft het aanstellen van een dienstverlener die de externe communicatie van VISIT Vlaams-Brabant zal begeleiden en realiseren. Het is belangrijk dat de externe communicatie conform is met de vernieuwde visie en marketingstrategie van VISIT Vlaams-Brabant. Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw wil in de toekomst het merk VISIT Vlaams-Brabant nog sterker in de markt zetten.
De marketingstrategie wordt als bijlage toegevoegd aan deze selectieleidraad. De volgende aspecten maken deel uit van de opdracht:
- Uittekenen van een meerjaren-koepelconcept binnen de krijtlijnen van de strategische marketingstrategie & creatieve invulling hiervan
- Uittekenen en uitvoeren van jaarlijkse marketingcampagnes (binnen het koepelconcept), zowel voor digitale marketing, guerrillamarketing, mediaplanning en mediabuying
- Advies en begeleiding.
Deze opdracht omvat één perceel. De opdracht kan niet worden opgesplitst in percelen. De opdracht vereist namelijk de creatie van een communicatiestrategie en haar praktische realisatie.
Deze opdracht bevat verschillende onderdelen die met elkaar gerelateerd zijn en zelfs een verdere uitwerking van elkaar zijn. Dit vereist een snelle doorgedreven communicatie tussen de verschillende disciplines en onderdelen, die het beste kan worden gewaarborgd door de opdracht in zijn geheel toe te wijzen aan één ondernemer.
