De opdracht omvat het leveren van fietsen voor werknemers op basis van operationele leasing. De operationele leasing omvat ook het onderhoud, herstellingen, de bijhorende verzekeringen en pechverhelping. Op het einde van een leasingperiode dient de mogelijkheid te bestaan voor de werknemer om de fiets over te kopen.

De werknemer dient vrijheid te hebben in de keuze van type, merk en fietshandelaar en de mogelijkheid te hebben om fietsaccessoires in de leasing op te nemen.
