De Stad Kortrijk treedt voor deze opdracht op als aankoopcentrale in de zin van art. 2, 6° van de wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016. De verzekeringsnemers zijn:
- Stad Kortrijk – Grote Markt 54, 8500 Kortrijk
- OCMW Kortrijk – Budastraat 27, 8500 Kortrijk
- Vzw Augustinessen – Budastraat 27, 8500 Kortrijk. De vzw Mentor, vzw Cuca en W13 zijn enkel betrokken als verzekeringsnemer voor perceel 6: Gezondheidszorg. Verzekeraars worden in deze mededingingsprocedure voor het afsluiten van de verschillende verzekeringspolissen beschouwd als enige mogelijke partijen die kunnen optreden als inschrijver.
