De overheidsopdracht wordt uitgeschreven door Dienstverleningscentrum De Branding waak vzw, verder ook aangeduid als de aanbesteder. Het betreft een overheidsopdracht voor leveringen zoals verder bepaald in dit opdrachtdocument en heeft tot doel de aanstelling van een opdrachtnemer, ook ondernemer genoemd. Onderhavige overheidsopdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst voor een opdracht van leveringen voor voorschriftplichtige geneesmiddelen, niet-terugbetaalbare geneesmiddelen en (para-)farmaceutische producten & verzorgingsproducten en bijhorende dienstverlening.
De overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van 1 jaar en kan 4 keer stilzwijgend verlengd worden telkens voor de duur van 1 jaar.
