Die Großküche des Sozialamtes in Graz, bekannt als "Küche Graz", spielt eine zentrale Rolle in der Versorgung von Kindergärten, Horten und sozialen Einrichtungen. Aktuell werden dort täglich etwa 9.000 frischgekochte Mahlzeiten zubereitet und mit 6 Fahrzeugen an 170 verschiedene Einrichtungen bis 11:00 Uhr geliefert. Aufgrund steigender Anforderungen wird derzeit ein neues Betriebsgebäude in der Herrgottwiesgasse errichtet, in welchem künftig bis zu 15.000 Portionen täglich produziert werden können.
Die neue Küche wird nicht nur modernen hygienischen Standards gerecht, sondern auch nachhaltigen und kosteneffizienten Bauweisen.Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung einer modernen, benutzerfreundlichen und vollständig digitalen Systemlösung zur Unterstützung der betrieblichen Abläufe in der neuen Großküche der Stadt Graz.Weitere Details entnehmen Sie bitte der Ausschreibungsunterlage.
