De opdracht betreft de levering, implementatie, inrichting en het beheer van een CRM-applicatie voor de Nationale ombudsman. De Nationale ombudsman treedt op als enige aanbestedende dienst en opdrachtgever. Voor de Nationale ombudsman is relatiebeheer van groot belang.
Om het relatiebeheer te professionaliseren en toekomstbestendig in te richten, wil de Nationale ombudsman alle relatiegegevens onderbrengen in één centraal CRM-systeem. Met deze aanbesteding beoogt de Nationale ombudsman een toekomstbestendige CRM-oplossing te verwerven die aansluit op de verdere digitalisering en vernieuwing van de organisatie. De CRM-applicatie dient zodanig te worden ingericht dat een toekomstige koppeling via API met een nieuw zaaksysteem mogelijk is.
De geraamde omvang van de opdracht bedraagt € 605.000 exclusief btw.
