Raamovereenkomst voor het leveren van gasolie verwarming en gasolie 'extra' (met verhoogde accijns) voor de periode 2026-2030, aan de diensten en instellingen van provincie Limburg, en aan de deelnemende Limburgse openbare besturen. De opdracht wordt gesloten voor een periode van 4 jaren (48 maanden). De opdracht is niet 100% exclusief.

De lijst met provinciale diensten en instellingen die als bijlage (bijlage C) bij dit bestek zit is niet limitatief en kan uitgebreid of gereduceerd worden. De lijst met deelnemende Limburgse openbare besturen is opgenomen in bijlage C De hoeveelheden en locaties zijn indicatief en zijn onderhevig aan schommelingen. De opdracht dient te worden gezien als één geheel.

De inschrijver draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de opdracht in zijn totaliteit. In elk van deze gevallen zijn de prijzen en de vaste kortingen per liter aangeduid in de inventaris dezelfde als de prijzen en de vaste kortingen per liter aangeduid in de inventaris welke door provincie Limburg met de leverancier zijn overeengekomen.
