Description
Mit der zu Beschaffenden EUV-Quelle, inklusive Instrumentierung zur Charakterisierung der Emission sollen wissenschaftliche Aspekte beleuchtet werden. Dazu gehören vor allem Untersuchungen der Emissionsabhängigkeiten von den Parametern der eingestrahlten Laserleistung. Zusätzlich soll dieser Aufbau als Alternative zu bereits am HI Jena entwickelten kohärenten EUV-Quellen hinsichtlich ihrer Anwendung für bildgebende Verfahren untersucht werden.
