Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst voor het uitvoeren van schoonmaak- en ramenwasdiensten in verschillende administratieve gebouwen en regionale kantoren die hoofdzakelijk worden gebruikt voor kantooractiviteiten, vergaderingen en publieksontvangst. De raamovereenkomst wordt gesloten voor een vaste periode van één jaar en kan vervolgens driemaal stilzwijgend worden verlengd met telkens één jaar, conform artikel 57 van de Wet overheidsopdrachten. De opdracht wordt opgesplitst in 4 percelen omwille van de omvang, complexiteit en praktische uitvoeringsmodaliteiten. - Perceel 1: Schoonmaak- en servicediensten in gebouw te Wijgmaal 4B en 4C - Perceel 2: Schoonmaakdiensten op diverse locaties - Perceel 3: Ramenwas in gebouw te Wijgmaal 4B en 4C - Perceel 4: Ramenwas op diverse locaties De opdracht kan worden uitgevoerd voor volgende entiteiten onder SamenFerm: Ferm Kinderopvang vzw, Ferm Thuiszorg vzw, Immo Kwaliteitsfonds vzw, Ferm Huishoudhulp cv, Ferm vzw, Ferm Dienstencheques cv en SamenFerm fv, (handelend voor zichzelf en in naam van al deze entiteiten).
