De aankoop van een nieuwe compacte en wendbare straatveegmachine geschikt voor de stedelijke omgeving van Beringen, markten en pleinen, zijn voetgangerszones, parkeervakken, greppels en andere oppervlakten. De meerderheid van de te reinigen oppervlaktes bestaan uit geasfalteerde of betonnen rijstroken, klinkers of kasseien. Verder dient de machine op een vlotte en veilige manier onkruid te verwijderen van de randen van de weg en uit goten langs de rijbaan.

Een onderhoudscontract dient voorzien te worden voor een periode van 5 jaar en met daarna jaarlijkse stilzwijgende verlenging van telkens 12 maanden tot en met buitengebruikstelling van de machine. De inschrijver dient verplicht een voorstel te doen voor overname van een borstelwagen Ravo 5 serie 82.
