Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer EVB-IT Rahmenvereinbarung über Support- und Betriebsunterstützungsleistungen für eine hochverfügbare, auf OpenStack und Yaook basierende Cloud-Infrastruktur mit Rook-basierten Ceph-Clustern als Primärspeicher. Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst regelmäßig zu erbringende Supportleistungen auf Grundlage der EVB-IT Dienstleistung, insbesondere Second- und Third-Level-Support, Unterstützung bei kritischen Störungen, technische Analysen, Eskalationsleistungen und Reporting. Darüber hinaus können bei Bedarf insbesondere Beratungsleistungen, Root-Cause-Analysen, die Begleitung von Changes, Updates, Upgrades und Migrationen, Workshops, Wissenstransfer, Exit-Unterstützung sowie gegebenenfalls Entwicklungsleistungen durch Einzelabrufe beauftragt werden.
Die operative Administration der Infrastruktur verbleibt beim Auftraggeber. Der Auftragnehmer unterstützt durch Analyse, Beratung, Handlungsempfehlungen und technische Anleitung.
