Le prestataire réalisera les enquêtes domiciliaires (avant-vente, pour création de branchement, pour les établissements dont les rejets assimilés domestiques) ; il sera chargé de l'organisation des enquêtes depuis la prise de rendez-vous jusqu'à la transmission du rapport d'enquête à la communauté d'agglomération. Il sera chargé de tester toutes des évacuations d'eaux usées et d'eaux pluviales de la propriété et d'en contrôler le raccordement sur le réseau public (par colorant ou, en cas d'impossibilité, écho). Toutes les évacuations seront testées séparément et consécutivement..
