Het lokaal bestuur van Torhout wil de verzekeringsdiensten zoals beschreven in de technische bepalingen en opgenomen in de inventaris van dit bestek voor het Lokaal Bestuur Torhout, dat de juridische rechtspersonen Stad Torhout en OCMW Torhout omvat, vernieuwen. De opdracht vormt één ondeelbaar geheel maar er dient gewerkt te worden met individuele polissen voor de gevraagde risico's en een afzonderlijk afrekening voor de beide rechtspersonen (Stad en OCMW) waar dit wordt aangegeven. De opdracht omvat een prijsvraag met premies voor 6 jaar.

De premies dienen jaarlijks afgerekend te worden.
