Předmětem plnění jednotlivých veřejných zakázek budou dodávky draků bezpilotních prostředků, osazených pohonnou jednotkou s nádrží, servopohony a kabeláží včetně startovacího zařízení. a. Letoun – cvičný terč, osazený pístovým spalovacím motorem, servořízením, palivovou nádrží a potřebnou elektroinstalací stanovenou odběratelem. b. Kompaktní mobilní prostředek pro opakovaný start letounu na bázi katapultu.
Katapult musí umožňovat start UAV prostředku až do hmotnosti 50 kg, snadnou a rychlou změnu úhlu startu, být uzpůsoben provozu v polních podmínkách.
