Deze opdracht heeft als voorwerp het ter beschikking stellen, via een licentie- of SaaS-model (Software As A Service), alsook het uitbouwen, implementeren, configureren, onderhouden en ondersteunen van een e-learningplatform voor Sport Vlaanderen in het algemeen en de Afdeling Sportkaderopleiding in het bijzonder. Het e-learningplatform dient een geïntegreerde en beveiligde digitale leeromgeving te vormen voor het beheren, aanbieden en opvolgen van opleidingsinhoud en leertrajecten, met inbegrip van de opslag, ontsluiting en distributie van digitaal cursusmateriaal. Het leerplatform moet toelaten om opleidingen en leerinhouden flexibel te beheren en aan te bieden, rekening houdend met de specifieke werking van de Vlaamse Trainersschool, waaronder het gebruik van verschillende opleidingsstructuren, gebruikersrollen en tenantomgevingen.
