Description
Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung für die Versorgung von Fahrzeugen mit Kraft- und Betriebsstoffen, Ladestrom, Betriebshilfsstoffen, Maut sowie fahrzeugbezogenen Serviceleistungen mittels Tankkarten im Inland sowie im europäischen Ausland. Unter fahrzeugbezogenen Serviceleistungen sind Unterstützungsleistungen wie beispielsweise das Auswechseln von Leuchtmitteln, die Ausführung von Klein- und Notreparaturen oder Fahrzeugwäschen zu verstehen. Zusätzlich wird die Bezahlung von Werkstattleistungen in Herstellerwerkstätten im europäischen Ausland benötigt.
Der überwiegende Teil der Fahrzeuge des Auftraggebers ist mit fahrzeugbezogenen Tankkarten auszurüsten. Darüber hinaus sind auch fahrzeugunabhängige Tankkarten Gegenstand der Leistung. Diese werden beispielsweise für extern angemietete Fahrzeuge eingesetzt.
Die Daten für alle Tank- und Ladevorgängen sind über ein durch den Auftragnehmer bereitzustellendes Dashboard zur Verfügung zu stellen.
