Description
Die Stadt Lahr lässt derzeit einen Generalentwässerungsplan (GEP) aufstellen. In diesem Zuge wurde eine Überprüfung sämtlicher Regenwassereinleitungen in die Fließgewässer vorgenommen. Dabei zeigte sich, dass die Regenwassereinleitung des Gewerbegebiets Langenwinkel eine zu hohe Schmutzfracht aufweist.
Als Behandlungsmaßnahme wird ein Regenklärbecken konzipiert. Bei der Bemessung soll auch die Nachverdichtung im Gewerbegebiet berücksichtigt werden. Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die europaweite Vergabe von Ingenieurleistungen für die "Realisierung des Regenklärbeckens einschließlich der erforderlichen Einbindung in die bestehende Entwässerungsinfrastruktur im Gewerbegebiet Langenwinkel“ im Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gemäß §§ 17 VgV.
Gegenstand der Ingenieur-Ausschreibung sind Planungsleistungen der Objekt- und Fachplanung nach HOAI:
- Objektplanung für Ingenieurbauwerk / LPH 1-9
- Fachplanung zur Technischen Ausrüstung (alle Anlagengruppen) / LPH 1-9
- Fachplanung zur Tragwerksplanung / LPH 1-6
