La présente consultation a pour objet la mise à disposition d'une solution de Système d'Information Géographique (SIG) en mode SaaS ou hébergé, ainsi que l'ensemble des prestations nécessaires à sa mise en oeuvre, son exploitation et son maintien en conditions opérationnelles et de sécurité. Les prestations donneront lieu à la conclusion d'un accord-cadre mixte conformément aux articles R 2162-2 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. La partie des prestations à prix unitaires s'exécuteront à la survenance des besoins sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 100 000 euro(s) HT.
