The contract concerns the project CoMPAS (Configuration Modules for Power industry Automation Systems), software for managing and configuring the digital substations of the electricity grid. As part of six work packages, the contract covers the implementation and validation of API and interoperability rules for plugins, a shared design concept and library of interface components, security as well as quality work required to achieve the highest level of the OpenSSF Best Practices badge.
