Tuomi Logistiikka Oy kilpailuttaa Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen (Pirha) toimeksiannosta kunnossapidon jätevesipalvelut. Palvelua toteutetaan koko Pirkanmaan alueella. Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen Kiinteistöpalveluiden ylläpitovastuulla olevia suurimpia kohteita ovat tällä hetkellä: - Tays Keskussairaala - Coxa Oy - Tays Sydänsairaala - Tays Pitkäniemi - Tays Valkeakoski - Tays Sastamala Lisäksi Pirkanmaalla on useita muita Kiinteistöpalvelut-vastuualueen ylläpitovastuulla olevia pienempiä kohteita.
Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen (3) osa-alueeseen. Jokaiseen osa-alueeseen valitaan kaksi (2) sopimuskumppania tarjouspyynnöllä ilmoitettujen ehtojen mukaisesti. Osa-alue 1: Tays Keskussairaala, Coxa Oy, Tays Sydänsairaala, Tays Pitkäniemi Osa-alue 2: Tays Valkeakoski Osa-alue 3: Tays Sastamala Tarjoaja voi tarjota joko yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen.
Kilpailutettava sopimus kattaa myös sellaiset Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen kohteet, jotka siirtyvät sopimuskauden aikana Kiinteistöpalveluiden ylläpitovastuulle. Näissä kohteissa palvelua voidaan hankkia tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sopimuksen ehtojen mukaisesti. Hankinnan arviotu kokonaisarvo sopimuskauden aikana (4 vuotta) on sitoumuksetta noin 350 000 euroa (alv 0 %).
