De opdracht raamovereenkomst Digitaal Loket Kinderopvang 2.0 betreft meer bepaald het ter beschikking stellen van een softwaresysteem om het aanbod baby- en peuteropvang (Lokaal Loket Kinderopvang), vakantieaanbod, activiteiten en buitenschoolse kinderopvang te ondersteunen in een SaaS-formule. Dit omvat het ontwikkelen, leveren, installeren en configureren van een softwaretoepassing voor het aanvragen van baby- en peuteropvang, de inschrijvingen van het vakantieaanbod, activiteiten en het beheer van de buitenschoolse kinderopvang, inclusief administratieve afhandeling, opleiding, licenties, hosting, support, onderhoud en updates na oplevering. De opdracht heeft een initiële looptijd van 4 jaar, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging van 3 keer 2 jaar op uitdrukkelijk verzoek van Interleuven, aan dezelfde voorwaarden als de initiële looptijd.
