De dienstverlening houdt het volgende in: Executive search, het actief zoeken, benaderen en selecteren van kandidaten voor:
- Toezichthoudende functies bij deelnemingen en overige verbonden partijen van de Provincie Noord-Brabant (leden raad van commissarissen en/of raad van toezicht of vergelijkbaar).
- Bestuurlijke functies voor deelnemingen en overige verbonden partijen van de provincie (directeur, bestuurders en eventueel andere sleutelposities).
Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om één vaste partner te contracteren die de provincie met een hoogwaardige kwaliteit ondersteunt in het werven en selecteren van bovenstaande functies indien de provincie hiervoor de aangewezen partij is. De maximale waarde van deze raamovereenkomst betreft een bedrag van € 500.000,-
