Contexte et objectifs du marché : La SNCB souhaite se doter d’une solution pérenne de protection des travailleurs isolés, basée sur une application smartphone, permettant d’assurer la sécurité des collaborateurs exposés à des situations de travail à risque ou opérant de manière isolée. Le présent marché vise à remplacer une solution temporaire actuellement en place, de type DATI, mise en oeuvre dans un contexte de court terme.
