Predmet nabave je održavanje pristupnog prijenosnog telekomunikacijskog sustava za potrebu povezivanja sekundarnih sustava vođenja EES-a u vlasništvu HOPS-a i pružanje pripadajućih usluga. Pristupni telekomunikacijski sustav koji je predmet nabave sastoji se od dva temeljna dijela: a) Digitalni prespojnici, tip Connection Master, proizvođača DNWP. b) Centralni kontrolno upravljački sustav, tip SGRwin, proizvođača CIC. Također, predmet nabave je i održavanje uređaja sinkronizacijske pristupne mreže HOPS-a (uređaji tip OSA 542X i OSA 3350 Cesium clock, proizvođača Adtran), DWDM prijenosnih (transmisijskih) uređaja tip FSP3000C, proizvođača Adtran, za potrebu redundantnih povezivanja Mrežnih centara (MC) s Nacionalnim Dispečerskim Centrom (NDC) i Rezervnim nacionalnim Dispečerskim Centrom (RDC) te pružanje pripadajućih usluga.
Za navedene uređaje koristi se centralni kontrolno upravljački sustav tip Mosaic Network Controller, proizvođača Adtran, s modulom za kontrolu i upravljanje uređaja za sinkronizaciju tip Mosaic Sync Director.
