Description
Hankinnan kohteena on Paraisten asumispalveluyksikön ikääntyneiden palvelujen uudisrakennushanke Paraisilla. Uudisrakennus korvaa nykyisen Koivukodon palveluasumisen asunnot. Korvaava rakennus sisältää 45 ympärivuorokautisen palveluasumisen asuntoa ja 15 yhteisöllisen asumisen asuntoa.
Hanke noudattaa hyväksyttyä palveluverkkosuunnitelmaa. Rakennuksen suunnittelussa ja toteutuksessa tulee huomioida sekä ympärivuorokautisen palveluasumisen että yhteisöllisen asumisen toiminnalliset erityisvaatimukset. Kohteen suunnittelussa ja toteutuksessa korostuvat erityisesti ikääntyneiden henkilöiden toimintakyvyn, esteettömyyden, turvallisuuden, tilamitoituksen, asumisen, hoivan ja henkilöstön työskentelyolosuhteiden yhteensovittaminen.
Kohteen tilaajana ja rakennuttajana toimii Varsinais- Suomen hyvinvointialue.
