Het betreft een 10-jarige overeenkomst voor de begeleiding van onderhouds- en instandhoudingswerkzaamheden aan de beschermde mijngebouwen van de site C-mine, meer bepaald de energiegebouwen, de grote en de kleine schachtbok, de ruïne van het schachtgebouw, de ondergrondse ventilatie- en circulatiegangen, de keermuur tussen het plein van C-mine en de Wilde Kastanjelaan en de gebouwen van C-mine CRIB (zie plan in bijlage).
