ZAS wenst over te gaan tot het afsluiten van een opdracht voor de terbeschikkingstelling, levering en indienststelling van hemodialysetoestellen, inclusief het bijbehorende verbruiksmateriaal, in het kader van de vernieuwing van de bestaande infrastructuur. Deze opdracht omvat enerzijds de terbeschikkingstelling van de toestellen op verschillende campussen, inclusief een bijhorend onderhoudscontract. Anderzijds betreft de opdracht de continue levering van de vereiste disposables gedurende de volledige contractuele looptijd.

Daarnaast omvat de opdracht de aankoop, levering, installatie en het onderhoud van een waterbehandelingsinstallatie, inclusief de bijhorende ringleiding voor dialysetoepassingen, conform de geldende normen en vereisten voor medische installaties. De opdracht wordt opgezet als een raamovereenkomst met een duurtijd van tien (10) jaar, met jaarlijkse opzeggingsmogelijkheid vanaf het zesde contractjaar.
