Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Bereitstellung einer mandantenfähigen Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-Lösung für die On-Demand-Verkehre SSB Flex und VVS-Rider in der Region Stuttgart. Die Lösung umfasst ein gemeinsames Hintergrundsystem sowie zwei White-Label-Frontends (Endkunden-Apps), gebrandet für SSB und VVS, eine Fahrpersonal-App und eine Master-App für die Leitstelle. Ziel ist die Fortführung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden On-Demand-Angebote als Ergänzung zum öffentlichen Personennahverkehr (ÖPNV).
