Description
Die Deutsche Bahn AG (DB AG) schreibt das Online-Hinweissystem turnusgemäß neu aus. Das Hinweissystem dient als digitaler Meldekanal dazu, Mitarbeitenden sowie externen Personen mittels anonymen, webbasierten Zugangs eine geschützte Möglichkeit zu bieten, Hinweise auf mögliche Rechtsverstöße in Zusammenhang mit dem DB-Konzern abzugeben. Gegenstand der Vergabe ist somit ein Auftrag über die Beschaffung von Software zur Einhaltung der Pflichten u.a. des Hinweisgeberschutzgesetzes und des Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz.
Auch die Fallbearbeitung, entsprechend den internen Prozessen und Zuständigkeiten, soll darin abgebildet und ausgewertet werden können.
