Le présent marché concerne le développement immobilier du Clos de l’Age d’Or à 7100 - Haine-Saint-Pierre. Le programme de construction comporte 49 logements et les aménagements de l’ensemble des abords du site. Ce nouveau quartier sera ordonné en 3 ensembles de logements dont les typologies sont les suivantes :
- Zone 1- Est : 8 maisons 3 chambres
- Zone 2 – Ouest : 9 maisons 3 chambres + 8 maisons 4 chambres
- Zone 3 – Sud : 24 appartements 2 chambres dont 8 appartements adaptables. Le projet intègre par ailleurs une installation de géothermie peu profonde non reprise dans de ce présent marché qui devra toutefois tenir compte du contexte lié à sa mise en oeuvre.
