Description

Toelichting: Deze opdracht omvat de huur en het onderhoud van het bedlinnen en de werkkledij voor het personeel van de woonzorgcentra. Daarnaast omvat de opdracht het wassen, drogen, (manueel) strijken/persen en vouwen van de persoonlijke kledij van de bewoners, evenals bijkomende wasserijdiensten, zoals onder meer herstellingen. De opdrachtnemer staat in voor het ophalen van het vuile wasgoed, het onderhouden van het wasgoed en het terugleveren van het propere, onderhouden wasgoed.

Dit alles gebeurt met aandacht voor stiptheid, kwaliteit, hygiëne, duurzaamheid en een correcte herkenbaarheid van de kledingstukken. Plaats van dienstverlening (deze opsomming is niet-limitatief en kan wijzigen tijdens de looptijd van de overeenkomst) :

  • Woonzorgcentrum Aymonshof, Gentsesteenweg 3 te 9200 Dendermonde
  • Woonzorgcentrum De Cocon, Rosstraat 64 te 9200 Dendermonde Exclusiviteit: Deze overheidsopdracht verleent geen exclusiviteitsrecht in hoofde van de dienstverlener. Raming: Voor de volledige looptijd van zes jaar wordt de opdracht geraamd op 2.001.255,05 EUR excl. btw, hetzij 2.421.518,61 EUR incl. 21% btw.
