Het Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat (IenW) heeft behoefte aan een dienstverlener voor het verrichten van notuleerdiensten onder een raamovereenkomst. Ondanks de ontwikkelingen en verschillende (AI-)tools blijft de behoefte voor een notulist in de meeste gevallen bestaan.
