De KB Nationale Bibliotheek wil voor de leden van de bibliotheek een platform gebruiken waar deze leden een grote hoeveelheid Nederlandstalige stripseries kunnen lezen. Het gaat om meer dan 100 stripseries voor jong en oud, gemaakt in de periode van de jaren 60 tot nu. De stripalbums moeten op een gebruiksvriendelijke manier en full-page te lezen zijn via een browser op PC, laptops en mobiele apparaten zoals tablets of telefoons. €300.000,- euro per jaar, over de gehele looptijd € 2.400.000,-
