Description
Vives wenst een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor de levering van diverse licenties en/of software om de medewerkers en de werking binnen de organisatie van hogeschool Vives te ondersteunen. Hiervoor zal de raamovereenkomst gesloten worden met meerdere inschrijvers “brokers”. Na het sluiten van de raamovereenkomst zal iedere deelopdracht het onderwerp vormen van een mini-competitie volgens de bepalingen van deze opdracht.
Het aanstellen van een softwarebroker moet ervoor zorgen om VIVES te ontzorgen om op een snelle en efficiënte manier software aan te kopen en te ondersteunen in het operationeel beheer hiervan, inclusief renewals, updates, … met alle administratieve ondersteuning (waaronder vb. bijhouden van de inventaris, licentie keys etc).
