DOEL VAN DE OPLEIDING De opleiding moet de deelnemers in staat stellen om maatwerkers binnen maatwerkbedrijven technisch, organisatorisch en sociaal te begeleiden overeenkomstig de relevante Vlaamse regelgeving, beroepskwalificaties en competentievereisten. Door middel van deze opleiding kunnen deelnemers toegang verkrijgen tot het beroep van maatwerkcoach of begeleider op de werkvloer. De opleiding richt zich onder meer tot maatwerkcoaches, begeleiders, werkleiders en andere medewerkers die instaan voor de begeleiding van doelgroepwerknemers op de werkvloer.
De opleiding omvat een traject van 6 opleidingsdagen en dient praktijkgericht opgebouwd te zijn. DOELSTELLING EN LEERRESULTATEN Na afloop van de opleiding is de deelnemer in staat om:
- maatwerkers persoonsgericht en respectvol te begeleiden
- effectief en constructief te communiceren op de werkvloer
- maatwerkers te ondersteunen in hun groei als werknemer en als persoon
- werkvloeren op een aangepaste en kwaliteitsvolle manier te organiseren
- gepaste begeleiding te bieden aan maatwerkers met diverse ondersteuningsnoden. De opleiding besteedt bijzondere aandacht aan:
- sociale economie en maatwerkbedrijven en de relevante regelgeving
- diversiteit en maatschappelijke kwetsbaarheid
- mentale, fysieke en psychische beperkingen
- trajectmatig werken
- werken met POP of ondersteuningsplannen
- persoonlijk leiderschap en professionalisering. INHOUDELIJKE VEREISTEN VAN DE OPLEIDING De opdrachtnemer werkt een inhoudelijk opleidingsprogramma uit dat minimaal volgende thema’s behandelt: - Sector en regelgeving - Begeleiding van maatwerkers - Rol van maatwerkcoach/begeleider op de werkvloer - Werkvloerorganisatie - Leiderschap & communicatie WERKVORMEN EN METHODIEKEN De opleiding wordt praktijkgericht en interactief georganiseerd. De opdrachtnemer maakt gebruik van activerende en interactieve werkvormen aangepast aan de inhoud en de doelstellingen van de opleiding. De opleiding vertrekt maximaal vanuit praktijkvoorbeelden en concrete situaties uit maatwerkbedrijven.
