Mit dem Wirtschaftsjahr 2025 (Durchführung der jährlichen Prüfungen jeweils nach Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses im Folgejahr) ist der Abschluss eines neuen Rahmenvertrages über die Prüfung der Jahresabschlüsse und der versicherungsmathematischen Berechnungsgrundlagen der Zusatzversorgungskasse der Stadt Köln für die Dauer von fünf Jahren (Wirtschaftsjahre 2025-2029) beabsichtigt. Die ZVK beabsichtigt im Einklang mit städtischen Richtlinien eine Prüferrotation durchzuführen. Die letzte Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, die bis zum Jahresabschluss 2024 mit der Prüfung beauftragt wurde, ist folglich von diesem Vergabeverfahren ausgeschlossen.
Der Auftragsgegenstand und Auftragsumfang gliedern sich in die Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses und die Prüfung der von der*dem Aktuar*in bereitgestellten versicherungsmathematischen Grundlagen.
