Die Gesamtbaumaßnahme umfasst die grundhafte Erneuerung der Nordbahn des Flugplatzes Manching / WTD 61 inkl. der Befeuerung durch einen Totalunternehmer. Die Erneuerung erfolgt in gleicher Lage zum Bestand. Im Wesentlichen sind folgende Leistungen vorgesehen:
- Erneuerung der Flugbetriebsflächen im Bereich der Start- und Landebahn
- Erneuerung der Zurollwege einschließlich der Anschlüsse an den Bestand
- Erneuerung und Anpassung der befestigten und unbefestigten Schulterbereiche
- Herstellung bzw. Anpassung von Feuerwehrstandplätzen
- Erneuerung der Befeuerungsanlagen einschließlich der zugehörigen Elektrotechnik
- Erneuerung und Erweiterung der tiefbaulichen Infrastruktur für die Befeuerungs- und elektrotechnischen Anlagen
- Erneuerung der Fanganlagen
- Erneuerung bzw. Neubau der Kanalisation einschließlich des Kanals DN 1000
- Rückbau bestehender Kanäle und Sprengschächte
- Erneuerung der Markierung der Start- und Landebahn sowie
- Nachmarkierung des Parallelrollwegs (Taxiway). Der Totalunternehmer erstellt die Planung und führt die Bauleistungen aus. Hierbei sind insbesondere die Kampfmittelbelastung, umwelttechnische und archäologische Auflagen zu beachten. Für die Ausführung sind u.a. eine ökologische und archäologische Baubegleitung erforderlich.
