Met de voorliggende Opdracht wordt beoogd om het huidige dagcentrum, gelegen te Beverlostraat 1, 3970 Leopoldsburg, uit te doen breiden met een nieuw volume met een plat dak, bestaand uit twee (2) bouwlagen met kelderpatio’s. De gelijkvloerse bouwlaag is gekoppeld aan het bestaande gebouw met een inkomsas. De Aanbestedende Overheid heeft ter verdere omkadering van de Opdracht een Projectdefinitie opgesteld (Bijlage C), waarin (het voorwerp van) de Opdracht verder wordt omschreven en omkaderd, en waarin de te realiseren Infrastructuur alsook zijn de basisdoelstellingen die de Aanbestedende Overheid met de Opdracht wil bereiken, worden uiteengezet.

De Opdracht wordt opgedeeld in vier (4) percelen (zie infra.), te weten: Perceel 1: Ruwbouw wind- en waterdicht Perceel 2: Binnenafwerking Perceel 3: HVAC en sanitair Perceel 4: Elektriciteit
